Genie V is a well maintained example of this stout cruiser. She is owned by a most knowledgeable yachtsman who is migrating to a power boat. This is a "must see" if you are in the market for a capable cruiser with the build quality of an Island Packet. Diesel engine was new in 2001. Only 450 hrs on the new engine.
Having a quite large v-berth forward with storage below and lots of ventilation via an opening hatch overhead and opening ports. A privacy curtain separates the v-berth from the salon area. Next aft and to starboard is a large enclosed head compartment featuring a marine head with holding tank; A counter vanity with storage and an oval stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurized water.
