Powered by two 300 HP Cummins 6BTA diesel engines that were reportedly totally rebuilt approximately 10 years ago from top to bottom using only original equipment Cummins parts. One hour meter is non-op, but the other shows about 3400 original hours (not hours since rebuild).There are ZF transmissions, one of which was reportedly replaced at the time of engine rebuild.
The engine room is accessed through the salon sole hatch and is dry and very clean, meticulously maintained. The highly effective sound insulation that is built into these boats provides for much quieter engine operation than usually found.
