LEILA MARIA is the twin keel version of the Hunter Horizon 27. A compact family cruiser, equally at home exploring harbours and rivers as she is going further a field. She has a fractional rig, a self-tacking jib for easy handling and accommodation for up to six in two cabins. The twin keel Hunters were renowned for their good upwind performance where other bilge keel yachts seem to suffer. They are also easily sailed single or short handed with all control lines leading aft to the cockpit.
LEILA MARIA has been used extensively by the current owner including numerous trips to France and also from Poole to Falmouth and back. As a result she comes well equipped for coastal sailing. She comes with a brand new (2016) Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine.
