Hull #27 of the popular Eastbay 38 series is a nicely upgraded version of the model. Bow thruster, recent bimini, and a number of other upgrades make this an attractive offering. These are remarkably good sea boats and afford gracious accommodations for 2 to 4 in a single stateroom layout. Please read the full specifications for details.

A notable plus to this Eastbay 38 is that she was Awlgripped from her waterline to the rail 2004. All of these surfaces have been kept waxed using the Awlcare wax system and with only minor exceptions look like they were painted far more recently. In 2012 the bottom was soda blasted.
Fiberglass hull with end grain balsa coring from the chines to the rail and solid fiberglass bottom. The hull finish from the waterline up is Flag Blue Awlgrip with a White boot top and cove stripe. The bottom is finished with ablative red anti-fouling and any paint build up has been avoided by sanding as required.
This Eastbay 38 has spent her entire life with New England owners and has been out of the water stored, generally inside, for 6-8 months of the year for virtually all of her life.
