Ginger is a super Amael Super Marumu 2000 is ready go and has been well cared for. She is a very popular yacht which has been proven on serious sea passages. She offers an easy furling mainsail, geneo and 4 electric winches to help with all the heavy lifting! With Furuno electronics she is well catered for long sea passages which is also complemented by her extensive storage for the dinghy, fenders and general gear. As a result we now welcome all further questions and viewing requests looking forwards.

- The mainsail and geneo were made in Honkong by"faresails", in 2016, and are still without use.
The rigging has been professionally checked in Fiji and a change/new rigging is not currently necessary.
The 24V solar panel is fixed on the rail on the port-side.
The 24V wind generator is"airbreeze" and produces 160W. With a wind speed of 25 knots.
There is one 12V charger with 8 service-batteries with each 2 connected to each other making 24V, producing 429 A/h.
There is an automatic 24V charger for the connection in the marina or any port.
The battery charger is for 24V and runs off 220V.
There is one 12V alternator for starter battery and one for 24V for the 'house- batteries.
The water-maker is 24V or 220V (under motor) and the output is ca.45 l/h.
- There are 3 Life-belts.
- The EPIRB is 406mhz.
- The fire extinguisher had been the last serviced in Fiji by an authorized company.
- The 6 years old Zodiac dinghy has been repaired but is in good working order.
- The 6 years old Honda outboard (4 stroke) has been serviced every year.
- In 2015 (In Fiji) the 2nd dinghy engine (The Torqeedo) which is an electric 36V was bought in 2015 and is very comfortable to use.
- The life-raft will be changed to a new one in 2017.
- Last but not leased the Super Maramu 2000 is divided into 4 separate hull sections, which enables them to be shut off quickly if a breach occurred in an emergency.
Ginger has been sailed from 2001 to 2006 by a German couple in Caribbean and in the Mediterranean waters. The current owner bought the boat in 2006 in La Hyuere and sailed the whole Mediterranean up to Israel and then they came back to Barcelona, Gibraltar, Canary islands, Cape Verde, Brazil, a lot of Caribbean waters when they left and reached the Panama and then crossed the channel, and then sailed all the way to Fiji, where she is currently berthed at the moment ready for her new owners.
