The first upgrade consisted of a solid (not cored) layup including extra layers of glass and 100% vinyl ester resin thus providing extra strength to the hull. The owner's version of the interior includes custom woodwork of teak, mahogany, Alaskan yellow cedar and purple heart inlays. Systems include hydronic heat, refrigeration, AC and much more. A conservatively rated Yanmar 51hp diesel with a closed cooling system is accompanied by a full electronics package.

Main 24 volt system
Rolls Surrette deep cycle lead-acid batteries with Hydrocaps. Four 6 volt batteries. Good
condition. Twenty-four volt system feeds all interior , exterior, and navigation lighting and the 2800 watt inverter / charger. It feeds the toilet and all pumps, three anchor windlasses and one powered winch for main halyard.
