Decks are in good shape with no leaks. The owner has done numerous upgrades including an aluminum deck stepped mast 3 months ago, new rigging, 4 month old batteries, rewiring for new electrical panel, and all lights inside and out have been changed to LEDs. The toerails and cabinroof have been redone, two new solar panels have been added to make it a 4 panel bank. Bottom paint is 6 months old. Do not be disuaded by the year, this vessel is in great condition. It is sloop rigged with furled genoa and a removable inner-forestay to give you more sail options.
