Three cabin, two head layout. Teak and holly throughout. Huge raised salon with generous ports allow plenty of natural light, as opposed to the typical salon "down in the hole". Gimbaled teak salon table helps keep your dinner on the table while underway.
Forward and to starboard is the galley with long counters, cold plate refrigeration and freezer, stove and sink.
Guest Stateroom to port. Berth converts to double. Private access to forward head.
The Bow Cabin features a V-berth and filler.
The Aft Cabin is accessed from the Center Cockpit, private from the rest of the boat with it's own head.
Deck and Hull
AUK went through a Major Rigging ReFit in 2014. Both main and mizzen masts were removed, dissembled and painted. Hardware was replaced with new, including chain-plates, mast steps and collars!
Built by Hodgdon Bros. of Boothbay Maine. Constructed of a rugged solid fiberglass hull and balsa cored deck, which according to a 2017 survey was reported as - Good to better than average for age.
