BABY GRAND is a well cared for example of this classic. She was kept under cover in fresh water for many years. She has low hours on her 120 hp Lehman Diesel and she runs great. She has upgraded electronics, new upholstery, new canvas and she is a nice clean yacht.
The Grand Banks 32 is one of the most enduring small trawler designs ever produced with nearly 1,000 built to date. Her exterior profile remained essentially unchanged since the original model was built back in 1965. The wood classic can not be distinguished from one of the fiberglass models built after 1974. Many Grand Banks purists believe the wood boats have a more sea-kindly ride that the fiberglass boats. Grand Banks are dependable and seaworthy boats. Below, the layout is simple and very practical, with great visibility and roomy accommodations. The teak cabinetry and wood work are very impressive.
