Sails are all about 8 years old and in Good condition New Beta 28HP engine and panel in 2007 with less then 400 hours, New1 " shaft, through hull and cutless, Edson pedestal, cable, engine controls and cables, New aluminum fuel tank, fuel lines, 12 volt system with 2 house batteries and one starter battery with all New wiring, New12 volt 16 switch blue seas circuit panel, New latex mattresses and covers (6 years old) , New head in 2011. Newtemp gauge 2016, Heat exchanger cleaned 2016. Centerboard motor & backboard and lift cable all New as of 2014, New holding tank 2016. She still needs work (paint and ports) but nothing leaks !! she is dry boat. Just that stuff is worth $18,000, and she is a Yawl, only 2 Pearson Yawls were made, and Bill Shaw had this one made for himself. There are other Pearson Yawls, however they are all conversions.
