Gynpennon is one of three ketch rigged SC 31s. Designed by Thomas Gilmer for those sailors with demands for a true 'blue water' off shore cruiser. With the optional ketch rig, there are several options to shorten sail during a major blow or increase the total sail area from 605 square feet to 719 square feet with the removable stay sail equipped with a Schaefer furler.
Like her sister ships, Gwynpennon has a full keel with attached large rudder, tiller steering and with an Airex cored hull.
