Good looking boat with a long foredeck and distinctive stepped sheer, the 48 Hi-Star is built on a modified-v hull. A stable ride and a large cockpit this boat is built for serious fishing and diving activities with a standard transom door. Extras wide side decks and a large fly bridge she is a dream to get around. She has a spacious two stateroom layout with a hand rubbed teak interior and the galley and dinette on a single level and separated by a stylish drum style serving counter. Wrap around cabin windows provide plenty of natural light and the Master Stateroom situated on the centerline forward has a queen island berth and guest stateroom furnish with over under berths. The salon features a generous all teak interior with leather sofa to port and matching leather settee to starboard, a hi-lo teak coffee/dining table, Also to starboard is a Custom "Hideaway" TV which recesses into cabinetry when not in use as well as a custom fixed table for work area or charting, Forward to port is a Full lower helm station and Salon visibility is 360 degrees. There is a breakfast bar which justs out from the port side forward and separates the salon and galley but does not separate person working in galley from guests.
