George Hinterhoeller built 950 boats between 22' and 36' built between 1975 and 1996.RUMPUS is a modern customized version of the Nonsuch 26 with custom features added by the builder. The original owner customized the forward bulkhead to the saloon area with a centered entry and a unique pass through from the starboard saloon to the forward cabin. The fold down table was redesigned into a folding table mounted on the deck between the two saloon settees. The forward cabin Pullman berth is offset to starboard. this customized version produces a more open look.
