Introduced in 1994, The classic styling and
solid construction of the Riviera 39 were a match for the best
American boats of her day. Like all Rivieras of this era, the 39 is
built on a solid fiberglass hull with a collision bulkhead forward
and two watertight bulkheads. Large windows and light maple
trim make for an open and airy interior with an island master
stateroom forward and guest cabin amidships with double and
single berth. A large U-shaped dinette to port dominates the
salon, and a lower helm (standard) is to starboard, opposite the
step-down galley. The cockpit is large for a boat this size and
comes with a tackle center, sink, transom door, and direct access
to the large engine room. Topside, the bridge area is designed to
seat six comfortably. Cummins 450 HP diesels cruise at 24–25 knots.
Large windows provide lots of light creating a bright and airy feel at the deckhouse level.
Saloon features an L shaped leather settee; a beautifully varnished teak table; roll out wine/liqour and glass storage; Uline icemaker; 6 CD changer; custom draperies; accent lighting. The galley is down with many extras and a teak floor.
The double stateroom layout has the Master forward with centerline queen berth, and large hanging lockers. To starboard is the guest stateroom with large bunks that convert to a double bed. Custom rod storage is beneath the bottom bunk. The head is quite spacious with separate enclosed shower and has a Vaccu Flush head.

The flybridge features two lounges; a hardtop; a refrigerator/freezer; a sink; recent full eisenglass 4 sided enclosure; six rocket launchers; six flush mount rod holders; two spotlights with electronic touch pad controls.
The cockpit has a large bait freezer with adjustable temperature control; sink; Outriggers carbon fiber polls; insulated fish box with macerator; raw water washdown; hot/cold shower; cockpit awning; large swim platform with folding ladder; tuna door in transom.
