Big Sting is a beautiful one-owner example of a late model motor yacht but the real story here might be the slip: she's lying downtown Sausalito in a potentially transferable Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip; there's waiting list of many years for a big slip in the marina here and she's in a primo spot right on the main turning basin with San Francisco sunrise and Mt. Tam sunset views.
Note that a boat with a big transferable slip in San Francisco recently sold for about a MILLION DOLLARS OVER actual value JUST to get the slip, and our weather is WAY better over here!
Three staterooms/three heads/galley up with a fully enclosed hardtop flybridge (this is a REAL expensive addition, and perfect for typical Bay conditions!) and aft deck, veery low time on twin Cat 3126TA diesels, Naid stabilizers and Sidepower bow thruster, 12kW Northern Lights genset, full electronics, last hauled and bottom painted late 2018.
Step on board at the teak covered swim platform with polished stainless steel safety rails then into covered and enclosed cockpit thru either port or starboard side transom doors, cockpit has teak sole and a large settee with Corian table.
From cockpit up four stairs port or starboard to side decks, up stainless steel ladder to fully enclosed flybridge with factory hardtop, down hidden ladder to access engine room or forward thru polished stainless steel and tinted glass sliding door into salon.
Salon is beautifully fit out in handcrafted exotic woods (as is the entire interior) with an L shaped settee with hi/low table port side, two large upholstered barrel chairs with cocktail table in between to starboard, large tinted glass windows with designer curtains, wool carpeting and a wet bar with bottle and glass storage tucked up under a sculptural polished stainless steel and varnished wood floating staircase up to flybridge.
From salon, continue forward up three steps to galley/pilothouse with varnished teak & holly sole, C shaped galley and watertight pantograph door to side deck on port side, and the floating staircase up to flybridge and raised dinette/observation table starboard, lower helm forward center with pedestal Captain's Recaro leather chair. Note the salon and galley flow together, and with the floating staircase feel airy and spacious, about 6'6 headroom throughout.
From lower helm, forward down eight curving steps to Master, VIP and guest staterooms with VIP stateroom foremost with centerline raised queen, ample storage, skylight and en suite head that's also accessible from the hallway and guest stateroom which is aft starboard of the VIP and has over/under doubles.
Continue aft past "laundry room" with stacked washer/dryer to huge beam-to-beam Master SR (it's amidship, under the galley/lower helm) with centerline queen and separate his/her en suite heads with shared stall shower between, plenty of hanging lockers and drawers and a small en suite desk/vanity.
As noted above, the flybridge is accessible from either the cockpit or amidship below and has a robust integrated hardtop (a HUGE plus in the Bay area!) and is fully enclosed (DITTO!) with the upper helm forward having two Todd pedestal Captain's chairs, then plenty of comfortable built in seating, a Corian topped cruising/dining table and a BBQ area/wet bar mid section of flybridge, and the dingy/dingy davit far aft outside of the enclosure.
Functional, well laid out galley up with beautiful polished black granite countertops with twin deep stainless steel sinks with hot/cold pressure water and one-touch faucet and disposal, GE four burner glass cooktop and built in GE Profile microwave convection oven, GE full size upright refrigerator/freezer.
Fully enclosed flybridge has what is functionally a second galley with Jenn-Air ventilated BBQ grill, Quasar microwave oven, U-Line refrigerator/ice maker and sink with hot/cold pressure water, nice built in L shaped settee with large Corian dining/cruising table.
