The boat has 4- 720-watt solar panels which equals 1880 Watts. Each pair has its own Victron controller. There also is a Victron battery monitor.
The boat has an ice maker, it also has a 21 gallon an hour water maker with a brand new high-pressure pump that's never been used.
The boat has had the forward cockpit and the rear cockpit and the flybridge have all new cushions.
The boat has an entirely new davit system which includes the array to hold those gigantic solar panels. The boat also has all brand new house batteries as of the hurricane.
Of course, the dinghy is a Highfield dinghy brand new with a new motor. It is a Highfield cl360 BLT/ PVC 2019 it is length 11 foot 10 in by width 5 ft 8 in. The motor is a 15 horsepower Yamaha 2019 4-stroke.
The boat comes with three anchors a 60 lb CQR, a 44 lb CQR, and a 40-lb Bruce.
Many brand new fenders and dock lines, I'll have to count them and give you an exact number. There are quite a few life jackets probably more than a dozen. The inside of the salon has been customized with a beautiful leather top table.
The microwave is new, it was upgraded from a 700w to a 900w.
The bottom was just painted and the lower sail-drive seals were replaced along with the zincs.
The gas oven has been removed but I do still have it but it does not work we could not get it to work we could not get it to ignite. The boat has enough solar power that I would put an electric oven back into this boat I would not put the dangerous propane appliances.
Each of the four main bedrooms has pillow-top cushions for the beds.
One of the air conditioning through-hulls was replaced in Spanish Wells when the bottom job was done.
The Bimini was redone as well.
There are also approx.8 diesel jerry cans and 3 gasoline jerry cans.

At 44, a reasonable cost, and offering immense space, the Lagoon 440 targets two distinct customer bases: ocean cruisers with an emphasis on performance and ultra comfort within a controlled budget, and the charter market with or without skipper. a simple glance at the boat is enough to notice its main distinguishing characteristic: a rigid bimini, with an integral helm station. The percentage of catamarans now equipped with biminis has practically reached 100%, and so it is logical for Lagoon to propose a built-in and much more aesthetically pleasing solution. A simple rigid bimini would have satisfied many customer expectations, however, we preferred to place the helm station at its ideal central location, with an extra-wide bench seat where guests can join the helmsman and participate in the joys of sailing.
