“WINDSCAPE” (name reserved) is a low hour 2011 Hinckley Picnic Boat Mark III. She was built by a very knowledgeable owner and has many desirable custom features including innovative coaming gates which allow for easier boarding from the side of the boat, “JetStick II”, air conditioning in the pilothouse and down below, generator, teak decks, teak coaming, folding teak table in pilothouse, KVH dome for DIRECTV, and many other useful features. The Picnic Boat Mark III features powered pilothouse windows and overhead hatches, a modern hull designed for exceptional rough-water performance and amenities to include a transom door and comfortable seating for 10 in its expansive pilothouse and cockpit area. This low hour example services with Hinckley Yacht Services in Stamford, CT and just competed all winter mechanicals and is ready for the summer.
HULL and DECK
The Hull is Hinckley DualGuard® Composite Construction Kevlar E-glass hybrid outer skin. Aircraft grade end-grain balsa below the waterline. Carbon-fiber inner skin. SCRIMP® laminated with vinylester resin. Deck and cockpit are E-glass with balsa and closed-cell foam core, SCRIMPED with vinylester resin.
