The 52-foot (15.86m) Hanse 545 yacht AURORE is wonderful to sail aboard. She is one of the famous German builder’s most popular models due to her ease of handling, great sailing capabilities and large interior volume.
AURORE’s three-double-cabin layout makes her an ideal family cruiser. She is easy to operate thanks to her electric winches, retractable bow thruster and Simrad electronic; she can easily be operated shorthanded.
Flush decks, a large cockpit, a tender garage enjoy there is ample space on deck for enjoying life at sea. The yacht also features a hydraulic drop-down bathing platform/ swim platform for guests to enjoy. For those looking to reel in the big one, the yacht’s fishing gear certainly will come in handy.
AURORE’s interior volume and high ceilings give the illusion that you’re aboard a much large yacht. Her three-cabin layout is comfortable; the owner’s cabin is located forward, and an L-shaped galley is to port. The yacht features contemporary styling throughout.
Built in Greifswald in Germany, AURORE’s hull was hand-laid with vinylester resin, which is stronger that polyester resin, allowing for less material and a lighter yacht. The sailing yacht is can be operated short handed and is easy to sail thank fo her electric winches, retractable bow thruster and Simrad electronics. She is powered by a Volvo D3-110hp shaft drive engine as well as a 6kw genset, to run the air conditioning and watermaker when out on anchor. AURORE features cruiser/racer sails for extra performance.
In 2018/2019 the sailing yacht received a mini refit ensuring she is in impeccable condition and ready for a new adventure. The mini refit included an overhaul to her engine, gear box, shaft and genset, servicing to her A/C and water maker, four new 12V 165amp dry batteries and a new tender with an outboard engine. Additionally, the yacht's inverter was changed along with the bow thruster control and she recieved a new VHF with a headset and new Code Zero.
