Beat the factory queue and invest in a new Beneteau Oceanis 46.1 through Navigare Yachting, this yacht will be ready for the 2021 season in Greece.
Navigare Yacht and Lifestyle investment offers two investment programs for Greece tailored to suit the needs of their investors over a 7 year period. Not only does each investor have the opportunity to enjoy wonderful sailing holidays, but the opportunity to either make a return from yacht ownership, or pay only a fraction of the price.
BENETEAU OCEANIS 46.1 - GREECE:
Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €347,148 of the new boat and receive a fixed annual revenue of €21,337.
Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a low one off payment of €191,135 and the charter income pays off the remainder of the yacht. This is the listed price.
BENETEAU OCEANIS 46.1 - CROATIA & MALLORCA: Also available Navigare Yacht and Lifestyle investment offers three investment programs for Croatia and Mallorca
Option 1. COMPLETE FINANCE. You loan Navigare the full purchase price €347,148 of the new boat and receive a fixed annual revenue of €22,623
Option 2. SMART FINANCE. You pay a low one off payment of €215,885 and the charter income pays off the remainder of the yacht.
Option 3. SMART-LOW FINANCE. Alternatively, you could pay a lower first payment of €181,209 with a balloon payment in year 7 of €50,874. This option ties up less capital and the revenue is used to pay off the remaining cost of the boat.
For each option, there are no additional costs, and you will receive holidays to the value of € 16,958 p.a. over the 7 year term in the fleet. You will get a number of charter rental options in high, medium or low seasons on your own, or any other boat in 53 sailing destinations worldwide. Alternatively, swap your charter allowance points for vacations such as ski chalet holidays or resort destinations - yours to choose! At the end of the agreement term, the boat is yours to sail away, sell off, or even trade up, whichever programme you choose.
The above pricing is based off a 4 cabin layout, however you do have the option to specify the boat as you please (photos sistership)
