This is the first boat in the Greenline range to bring the amenities of a flybridge which opens new horizons to her users. Not only will she pamper her guests with perfect comfort, but she will also be on a technologically new level from her competition. Solar panels on the roof charge lithium batteries, which power two 14 kilowatt electric motors / 10 kW generators, making electric-diesel hybrid cruising possible.

Greenline Hybrid technology is the only environmentally sensitive and reliable system in any vessel today. We want to keep our most beautiful boating paths in the same pristine condition as when we first discovered them.

Greenline Hybrid is a powerful answer to this concern as it uses up to four times less fossil fuel than a planing powerboat in similar conditions. For example, at about 11.5 knots it easily accomplishes 1NW/Gal. If longer ranges are desired, you can slow down to 7 knots and its efficiency is almost 2 NM/Gal, resulting in a range of 685 Nautical miles and also fully charging the battery pack without the need for a generator. In electric mode, it is completely emission-free. The hybrid (diesel-electric) and solar-powered drive systems have proven themselves both reliable and cost-effective. This has enabled the birth of Greenline 33, the world’s first production hybrid and solar-powered boat, that is today accompanied by her bigger sisters Greenline 39, Greenline 40 and Greenline 48.

Not only is the Greenline 48 efficient, but it is also is built to Offshore Classification "B", designed to withstand winds up to 40 knots and waves up to 13 feet.  This assures a comfortable and safe passage for you and your family and guests.
