20+ year stewardship by current owner, boathouse kept on cradle lifted out of the water when not in use. New bottom, refinish and upholstery in 2005, used little since. Re-powered, probably in the 1940's, with Chrysler Majestic straight 8. All the cool Dodge details, folding windshield, Duesenberg wheel, Auburn shifter, sunset instrument panel, and, of course, mermaid "hood ornament"!
