The master stateroom is forward with port and starboard berths and an enclosed head compartment with stall shower. Opposite the head compartment is a large hanging locker. Aft and up three steps is the spacious salon.A custom built settee is located on the port side.Further aft on the starboard side is a new custom curved four step stairs leading to the bridge.

On the centerline there is access to the lower aft cabin via two steps. A new full width galley is located all the way aft, and a new custom u-shaped dinette is located on the starboard side with a new built-in settee opposite, customized with beautiful Honduras mahogany floors. An enclosed day head is located forward and to port.

Full wide walk-around decks. Port and starboard steps into cockpit. Four large Huckins style cleats at bow and stern. Three smaller Huckins style breast cleats on each port and starboard. In-rail chocks at bow and breast cleats. All cleats and chocks are original and are marinium alloy. Full handrails of stainless and mahogany with LED red lighting for safety. Entire exterior of vessel is Awl-Grip finish.

The full width galley is located in the lower trunk cabin all the way aft. Generous storage for food, dishes, utensils, etc. Kenyon Eurokera glass electric cooktop with overboard exhaust fan. Summit refrigerator/freezer. Large deep well stainless sink. Built-in counter top trash bucket. Custom cup rack.

All wiring is new. Custom built 12 volt motor monitoring/alarm system which monitors all 12 volt motors at 4 stations: bridge, saloon, forward stateroom and aft cabin. Vector Max 3000 watt inverter with 6000 watt surge. Interior lighting all cabins: Incandescent 120v/12v lamps. Overhead 12v LED white, red for night vision, and amber for effect. Overhead 12v halogen powered by DC or AC through 600 watt transformer. All steps in all stairways are illuminated with LED red for safety. Exterior lighting: 12v LED red for safety at forward bridge, aft bridge deck, cockpit, handrails, bow at windlass. 12v LED white at forward bridge, aft bridge deck and cockpit. 12v halogen white at forward bridge, aft bridge deck and cockpit. 12v LED amber on aft bridge deck. A pair of Halogen docking lights mounted under aft bridge hardtop to illuminate cockpit and stern of boat.

All systems are new, including plumbing, wiring, lighting, pumps, etc. There are two MarineAir air conditioning, 12,000 and 16,000 BTU. There is a new 6.5 KW gas Kohler generator. There is a Lectra/San MC Type 1 Marine Sanitation System with Y valve for direct overboard discharge as permitted or to 20 gal holding tank with mascerator pump for overboard discharge and deck fitting for dockside pumpouts. The holding tank has a "Tankwatch" level monitoring system. There is a six gallon electric hot water heater.
