La Fenice, which translates as The Phoenix in Italian, formerly the American Way, is available for the first time in 16 years. This 1964 Chris Craft Roamer is arguably one of the most recognized and admired vessels on the lakeshore.
The expression “one of a kind” has never been more appropriate. It is rare for a Roamer of this vintage to have a flybridge, an enclosed aft deck, newly fiber glassed exterior, and a remote-controlled TNT lift for your Dinghy and it only gets better from there. Over the last two years she has undergone a complete restoration. This beauty has been lovingly and meticulously restored, updated, and upgraded.
Just to give you an idea of how special and “like new” this classic is; all heads, beds, flooring, wall coverings, stainless appliances (including an on-board washer/dryer), sinks, quartz countertops, tiled master shower, canvas, radar, electronics, shafts, and sound system are new. Her aluminum hull cuts through even the most tumultuous of waves like a dream. She was built for it. The purr of her engines and the sound of her baritone horn would give any captain goosebumps.
Your gunnels are even lit at night with the LED phoenix emblems on each side. You do not want to miss this once in a lifetime Gem!
Private showings only upon request with Peter Jeisy.
