Hargrave Yachts Brokerage and Charter, Inc - Hargrave Yachts
Wind Of Fortune was built in the early 1980s to a design by Kevin Calhoun and rose to fame both for her role serving royalty originally commissioned by the Emir of Bahrain and built in steel and aluminum by Italian yard CRN to a design by Kevin Calhoun & Company and delivered in 1981 with her most recent refit in 2020. You also may have seen Wind of Fortune at the movie Rush Hour 2 starring Jackie Chan in 2001. Following her 2020 Full Refit her condition is better than ever.
Wind Of Fortune has accommodation for 14 guests across seven cabins, which is more than most yachts of comparable size. The additional seventh cabin offers enhanced flexibility for accommodating mixed groups of family and friends. All cabins are en suite, with the arrangement comprising a full beam master stateroom, VIP suite and five twin cabins.
The interior is executed in a classic style and features a carefully curated art collection. Wood panelling and upholstery in largely neutral tones create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
In the main saloon, guests will find a spacious lounge and a separate dining area for more formal occasions. The saloon is equipped with a modern entertainment system and there’s a huge selection of movies available.
Wind Of Fortune also has an elegant skylounge with a full-size bar for the most imaginative of cocktail creations and this area is a popular spot for pre or post dinner drinks.
Guests can also enjoy dining on deck in one of several al fresco seating areas.
Wind Of Fortune can also boast a well equipped gym and a huge beach club platform at her stern, providing easy access to and from the water.
In 2019 and 2020 Wind Of Fortune went through a multi million dollar major refit with the most recent ending on May 2020 before she commenced her very busy charter season.
Below is the list of the upgrades and repairs performed by her owners.
