Both controlled at pilothouse helm station with electric self tailing  Lewmar winch. The power switch for the winch is located on the deck below the wheel and activated by your port deckshoe. 5 KW belt driven AC generator powered by fuel mizerly Yanmar one cylinder FWC diesel. Dickinson Propane forced air fireplace in pilothouse. Red Dot forced air heater at galley entrance. 

Salon has comfortable seating for social gathering under way or relaxing in your favorite harbor. New carpets and upholstry in 2021.  Pilothouse/salon has huge windows for extraordinary 360 degree visibility and raised helm seat for Captain of the watch.  Two deluxe staterooms . Owners forward with Island Queen bed and ample clothing and gear  stowage. Pullman guest stateroom, both with private enclosed heads with ceramic bowls and vanities. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer combo unit.

Pilothouse electronics include but are not limited to: Furuno radar, Furuno color LCD depth/fishfinder/ GPS, VHF, Simrad autopilot, hailer with auto fog, compass, bluetooth stereo, proper engine instruments and guages. Ok, check THIS out! Four cameras strategically mounted to monitor sail trim for main and headsail, on bow forward looking, cockpit for crew safety and engine room for status monitoring. All displayed on a flat split screen at  pilothouse helm station. 

Full galley with fridge/freezer, propane stainless stove/oven, double stainless deep sinks. . Ample counter and cupboard space. 

Let's talk about the outside spaces. When first coming aboard you step onto the swim step and walk across to the opening transom gate. Step into the large cockpit with hip high gunnels and shut and latch the transom gate securely behind you. A ladder with handrails takes you up to the flybridge. here you have full command of the vessel with engine and transmission controls, proper engine guages and hydraulic wheel steering. Comfortable seating up here for four.  . Commanding 360 degree visibility from 14' above the water. Wide side decks lead forward to the expansive foredeck. Plenty of room for island spotting, whale watching, fishing and sun bathing. Electric anchor windlass handles the 30KG galvanized plow anchor and rode.
