1981 Niagara 35This boat is loaded and ready to go sailing! Repowered, Raymarine electronics, diesel cabin heat, full Iverson enclosure, workshop and BRAND NEW SAILS!
The Hinterhoeller Niagara 35 was introduced in 1978 and was in production until 1995. To this day it is still in demand by the cruising sailor. This is a spacious 35' boat with a double berth just inside the companionway to port and a single pilot berth, with a nav station opposite. The head & shower located mid-ship to starboard makes it very comfortable for a boat of this size. Large saloon with settee port and starboard settee converts to a double berth. A large galley is functional and she boasts a large workshop forward.
The Niagara 35 has a well laid-out and secure cockpit. Easy passage forward to a large foredeck where there is a short stainless steel bowsprit with two anchor rollers for convenient handling and storage of ground tackle. The design is traditional in appearance with pronounced sheer, balanced overhangs and box-shaped trunk cabin.
Repowered with a new Yanmar 3YM30 with only 670 hrs. Raymarine C series classic 8" GPS plotter with 4kw radar dome mounted on the mast.

We have been successfully serving clients for 29+ years. Our sales office and boat "showroom" are located on a 40-slip marina on Lake Union, home of Seattle's yacht sales industry. Our program to sell brokerage boats and trades is so effective that our brokerage list is not a long one. We're not just interested in listing boats, but in also getting them sold.

Accommodation
“Marie” is designed with the cruising sailor in mind. The Niagara 35 has an unusally well-designed interior. As you descend the companionway you will find a double berth to port and a single berth to starboard and a nav table further forward. This cabin is separate from the rest of the boat by two doors. A door to starboard leads to the large head & shower with another door forward leading to the main salon. A door to port leads to the galley and main saloon. The large cook's galley has lots of counter space and storage. The Salon has a settee port and starboard. The port settee also is a single berth and the starboard settee coverts to a double berth. Forward are more lockers more storage and work bench in the bow (complete with an installed vice to help with boat projects underway). This would be a great liveaboard and is definitely a well-thought out blue water cruising boat.
