Actual Condition
The vessel has a forward berth, a head, sink, dinette and aft bunk. She sleeps four. The sails include a main, jib, potter furling and spinnaker. The sail boat shows nice overall. The owner is moving up to a larger vessel and has decided to sell this vessel after owning for 5 years.
