Storage is $792.00 per month and you can work on her yourself or sub the work out. My guess to finish her is $100K to $150K if you do the work yourself ,if you hire a yard to do the work, it will be at least twice that. THE JANUARY 2020 SURVEY APPRAISED HER AT $140,000 AS IS, WITH A NEW REPLACEMENT COST OF $3,800,000.00!  Since then the engines have been serviced with new injectors installed, the fuel tanks cleaned and new electronic controls,gauges and switches installed in the enclosed flybridge at a cost of over $20k.  Around $5K to $10K needed to splash her if you do the work yourself, twice that if you sub it out, plus the cost of generators. THESE BOATS NICKNAME IS "LITTLE SHIPS", THEY ARE BUILT TO CROSS OCEANS, FINISH HER AND CRUISE THE WORLD!!!  I sold this boat last year in two weeks, unfortunately the new owner has passed away and she is  back on the market.   NO TRADES, NO FINANCING, CASH ONLY, UNLESS YOU HAVE AT LEAST $200K CASH, PLEASE DON'T WASTE MY TIME!!!
