MaggieMac is a well built, American made sailing yacht with a very desirable aft cabin layout. Her recent insurance survey shows hull and decks to be solid. The Yanmar diesel engine starts well and runs smoothly while using less than 1 litre/hour. Topsides have been awlgripped for low maintenance and a brilliant shine. Recent maintenance includes new fuel lines, new cutlass bearing, fuel pump and water pump. The transmission was rebuilt 4 years ago.

Cruising comforts include a spacious aft cabin with queen berth. The galley has refrigeration, 2 burner induction unit, 2 burner portable propane stove, stainless steel convection microwave, and Magma gas grill with new burner. There are newer removeable seat covers for easy cleaning and tons of storage. Tank capacities allow for long term cruising with 80 gallons of water, 30 gallon holding tank and 70 gallons of fuel. 120Vac hot water heater, 2 deep cycle house batteries plus a start battery and 100W portable solar charger. 

Safe and seaworthy passage making is enabled with her keel-stepped mast, chartplotter, tridata instrument and a 30 lb plow anchor with chain and rode.  The raised cockpit provides great visibility and is shaded by a bimini.

Sails are serviceable. Cradle and winter tarp are included. Some cosmetic issues exist but overall she’s a very solid vessel to work with.
