"ENCORE IV" has the popular "ULTRA" layout which features a private double berth owner's cabin forward with private access to the roomy head compartment. She's been well loved by her owners and primarily sailed in near waters off of Nova Scotia. She was moved to Quebec City under her current owner a few years back.

The Nonsuch 30 Ultra has a spacious main salon has an L-shaped galley as well as two berths, folding dining table and navigation station. The forward cabin features a large double berth. The head and shower compartment are well sized in this 30'er.
