Major Refits in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2016, regularly upgraded every year and well-maintained private boat. Fourth cabin has a piano in it as owner is a known international pianist. Every winter the yacht has spent from October to May outside the water, covered with a full winter cover custom made of high quality Stamoid fabric.  All systems were properly rinsed, washed, dried, lubricated according to their maintenance manuals. At the beginning of the season few coats of varnish were applied to the wood on deck and in the interior where needed. The topsides and deck painted areas were polished and waxed with great care, on the hull at least two coats of Micron Extra antifouling and all zincs were replaced. The yacht has been kept at the highest standards of maintenance for all these years. Not sparing expenses or work for the enjoyment of her loving owners.
