Island Packet 31 for sale and ready to go. The spacious cabin is very comfortable, with nice teak woodwork inside and out.  An eleven and a half foot beam and six foot three headroom allows a large area to be able to gather with the extended table for dinner. Storage is plentiful and easily accessible.  For privacy the cabin layout  has a V berth, with hanging closet that can be closed off from the main salon.  The head is equipped with a shower and has excellent storage.  The head can be accessed from  the V-berth or from the main salon. The main salon can sleep three, on the port side is a single berth, and a pullman double is to starboard.  The third cabin is the starboard quarter berth area and can be closed off from the main salon by flipping up the navigation station table and closing a wooden folding door.
