CADENCE has been pampered since launch. She has been owned by only three captains, who all maintained her to the highest yacht standards. She has been well cared for by two Hinckley yards in Maryland and one in Portsmouth, RI where she was built. Accomodations- 6 persons in 3 cabins. Private v-berth double; main cabin-pull out single/double and single settee; private aft double.

Head-Vanity countertop, Medicine cabinet outboard. Custom teak grate in head for nozzle shower.

Interior Bulkheads and Hull Sides- Satin varnished cherry with bright varnished cherry trim. Galley area, head and companionway finished with high pressure laminate.

Cabin Sole- Bright varnished teak with contrasting holly strips. Cabin sole lockdown system.

Hanging Lockers- Two lined with aromatic cedar, one hanging wet locker.

Drawers- Six solid teak-faced with dovetail joinery.

Cabinet and Drawer Hardware- All drawers and visible cabinet and locker drawers equipped with flush fit push-to-lock Southco® Latches.

Upholstery- Main salon and nav station latex foam seats, soft compression foam backrests, double roll styling and Ultrasuede® Ambiance. V-berth and aft cabin foam mattress covered in Antique Beige Linen

Fireplace-Paul Luke custom chrome and soapstone, Serviced and re-chromed by Paul Luke, Inc. and converted to propane (2008).

Stove- Force 10® polished stainless gimbaling “Gormet Galley” propane range. Three top burners and thermostatically controlled oven.

Stove Guard- 1” stainless steel, attachment points for harness.

LPG Storage and Connections- Two aluminum marine grade cylinders in locker vented overboard.

Mirowave- Oster® Model OGYU701, compact with digital controls. (2013)

Refrigeration- Separate refreigerator and freezer. Refrigerator is top and front loading, freezer top loading. 12VDC Grunert® engine drive compressor with timer switch. System is thermostatically controlled with stainless steel eutectic holding plates. Separate galley mounted dial thermometers read temperatures in each box.

Countertops- Countertops, engine counter Corian® Mediterranean Magna.

Mast Furling Unit- Complete overhaul in 2014

Engine-Westerbeake 63B Diesel total time 3746 hours. Fuel injector rebuild and valve overhaul (2011). New hoses, belts and cooling system rebuild after (2014). Dual alternators, 90 and 55 amp output, new 2016 & 2017. Complete service records available.

Engine  Panel- Westerbeake® Admiral Panel with gauges for rpm, oil pressure, temperature and voltage. Audible alarms for over-temperature and oil pressure.

Propeller/Shaft/Seal- Maxprop® 3-Blade Classic feathering/Aquamet® shaft 1¼” diameter. Shaft mounted Spurs® Line and Net Cutter System/ PPS dripless shaft seal. Shaft Saver® and new cutlass bearing (2017).

Engine Control- Morse® MT-3, single lever, shift-throttle mounted at helm.

Fuel Tank- One aluminum alloy with baffle plates, cleanout and top mounted gauge. Total fuel capacity 50 gallons

Deck Hatches- Three Lewmar® Ocean Series Hatches: Size 60 (22” x 22”) in forward cabin, Size 40 (19” x 19”) in main salon. Main companionway sliding hatch and drop boards are smoked acrylic.

Main Sheet Traveler- Harkin® with circulating ball bearing car. 6:1 tag line for mid-boom sheeting.

Deck Joiner Work and Trim- Bright varnished with 8 coats of Epfanes® High Gloss Varnish

Anchor Windlass- Maxwell® VRC2200 electric with 200 feet of chain with deck controls.

Dodger: Custom Alden design Thurston (2017) with removable sides and roll up center window, with helmsman awning. Leather covered aft hand grip rail.

Wheel- Stainless steel leather covered destroyer type 48” diameter.

Pedestal- 6” Edson with stainless needle bearings and Harken® rudder post bearings.
