The engine compartment features soundprooffing by  SOUNDOWN and a 12volt started CATERPILLAR C-7 460  Horsepower 24 Knot W/O, (1200) hours with soft mounts, ZF 1.86:1 transmission connected to a 2" Stainless AQUAMET 22 shaft which spins a 4-blade NIBRAL skewed propeller. Fuel is supplied by 2 new (2013) 104 gallon aluminum tanks. Combustion air imports through DELTA T moisture eliminators. REVERSO electric oil pump makes for quicker oil changes.

 Fiberglass Specifications: The hull is solid hand-laid fiberglass of alternate layers of matt and woven roving. Thickness of the hull will vary from 3/8" to 3/4" at high rudder port bearings, which require extra thickness. The superstructure is made up of hand-laid fiberglass. HIGH LIFE was fared and AWLGRIP flag-blue paint applied in 2013.
