In addition to the above, during the winter, inside heated storage, all normal annual service was completed on the engine, water system, fuel system, etc with new filters, impellers, belts and sacrificial zincs replaced or installed. Bottom painted every year including the dinghy. Sails were cleaned, repaired and stored on an annual basis. The boat was cleaned and waxed from the water line up each year. All work was performed or supervised by Great Island Boat Yard.

Short history; current owner purchased the boat in 2008. His residence is Poughkeepsie, NY, consequently, vessel usage was limited to long weekends and vacation weeks (with the exception of a 6 month voyage to Florida). The boat has had light use, extraordinary care and upgrades
