The Phoenix 27 Tournament II provides a spacious, stable fishing platform with over 90-square-feet of unobstructed cockpit space and a standard transom door and gate. By raising the forward section of the cockpit sole, the Phoenix Design Team created a large, working cockpit and provided excellent visibility from the helm and companion seat. The command station places the helmsman in the midst of the fishing action and a well-planned console provides an abundance of space for electronics and navigational aids. Styling and function are mated in Phoenix Marine's exclusive custom-molded, heavy-duty, rubrail and anodized aluminum bow rail. Practical also is the standard bow pulpit with roller. Phoenix Marine's attention to designed-in comfort is exemplified by the 27 Tournament Series' innovative forward cabin. A large, functional galley houses a two-burner alcohol stove and 1.5-cubic-foot refrigerator in addition to the standard dish locker and deep, custom fiberglass sink. Within easy reach of the galley, a roomy, U-shaped lounge and dinette easily converts to a large double berth. A spacious head compartment with head and shower is located amidship with easy access to the cabin or the cockpit. A hanging locker and an abundance of storage allows clothes and gear to be stowed neatly until needed.
