Gratitude is a one-of-a-kind beauty, extremely well updated for efficiency and comfort - ready to take you anywhere. This three-stateroom sailing yacht provides generous accommodations in a strong blue water boat which is fast, comfortable, and easy to sail.
With 500 watts of solar panels and a Victron MPPT solar controller this vessel generates plenty of power to be electrically self sufficient over the spring through to Fall. Climate control is provided by a water-heater boosted diesel hydronic heating and air conditioning system, allowing you to cruise in comfort year-round. A greywater reclamation system catches handwashing water and circulates it into the head, providing efficient fresh-water flushing. The large keel-cooled fridge and freezer help reduce energy consumption while keeping your stores foodsafe.
The list of updates, upgrades, and recent maintenance is extensive - making this a wonderfully efficient getaway yacht, providing a comfortable off-grid living space in any anchorage.

The vessel’s hull is sturdy and rot-resistant, being constructed of reinforced Kevlar with a composite cored deck and coach cabin.
Gratitude has a slightly raked bow, a reverse stern with an integrated swim platform, a well-balanced bulbous keel, and spade hung rudder. The keel was dropped and professionally inspected in 2015, with fresh keel bolts installed.
The hull sides are fitted with rectangular framed ports giving ample light to the staterooms, head and salon.
An ideal outdoor entertainment space, the large “U” shaped cockpit is nicely appointed with teak flooring, ample seating, and new cushions. Dual 36" stainless steel wheels over molded foot wells provide comfortable steering, with the compasses and updated electronics mounted on sturdy binnacles. The steering system has been well-maintained and was recently updated with all new cables.
Featuring a versatile cockpit table with in-counter stowage and two folding leafs, this area provides an exceptional open-air dining space. At anchor or at dock, shelter is provided by a beautiful and bright stowable shelter/shade with movable panels which extends over the entire seating area. The companionway entrance is protected by a strong and attractive tweed-grey dodger, built in 2015.
The comfortably-shaped benches hide large stowage lockers and easy access to the vented propane locker and hydronic heating system.
You will easily transit from your tender via the teak-paneled swim platform, or just as easily climb out from a swim using the stainless steel folding ladder. Rinse off after a day at the beach with a shower wand conveniently located on the swim grid. Stow or deploy your dingy easily using integrated dingy davits and a custom stainless steel outboard motor drop-down arm.
Below decks Gratitude is very nicely laid out and functional, providing a wide-open living space brightly lit during the day with well-placed portlights and hatches. Nighttime LED lighting is dynamic to accommodate a variety of moods, ranging from soft and elegant to bright and cheery. Portlights are fitted with sliding fabric privacy curtains with reflective coating to reflect sunlight heat out of the vessel.
The deckhead is vinyl-lined for ease of cleaning, and the cabinetry, trim, and bulkheads are all constructed from teak. The cabin sole is teak and holly, giving Gratitude a classic look which is easy to maintain.
Gratitude provides a flexible sleeping arrangement, allowing for a large master stateroom and VIP cabin with Queen and King sized beds on either end of the vessel, but also comes with dividers to break the spaces into four separate cabins (two double, two queen). The vessel is currently configured with a Queen bed in the VIP cabin, and two double bunks in separate aft cabins.
Privacy doors keep the cabins quite separate from the rest of the vessel, while still providing lots of room inside each cabin to move around in. Each stateroom has full storage under the bunk, with shelving and lockers to keep all of your guest's belongings neatly tucked away.
The generous sized salon features a U-shaped settee providing a stunning sheltered setting for social gatherings.
The cushions were made in 2019 of a good quality new foam built with a combination of vinyl and Sunbrella fabric. It has a beautiful pedestal table as well as an inboard double-wide settee with stowage perfect for storing cookware. Stowage under the seating lets you keep the clutter to a minimum.
A large linear galley offers the same space and utility that you would find in most home kitchens. Deep countertops and a double stainless steel sink make both prep and cleanup simple tasks, and the Force 10 3-burner stove and oven can handle almost any recipe.
The aft counter has the separated and economical keel-cooled fridge and freezer. These cooling units have no compressors and don't vent heat into the cabin, meaning your living space will be quieter and more comfortable.
Ample cupboards and drawers make it easy to store all dishes, utensils, and cookware securely out-of-sight.
This spacious vessel boasts four separate heads in order to maximize comfort for owners and guests.
Each of the three cabins sports its own private head, complete with pressurized hot and cold water and taps which pull out to make shower stalls. The Corian countertops are easy to clean, and wide portlights allow plenty of natural light. A custom greywater tank efficiently captures washwater from the sink to recycle as flushing water for the toilet, meaning no seawater in the head while minimizing draw from the water tanks.
Featuring a new Lavac toilet in the aft starboard head for day-use, and a maintenance/utility head forward port side for storing cleaning gear and washing up after those dirty jobs.
