The 440 is designed as a deck salon with excellent visibility from the salon windows. The main salon has a very light and airy feeling, with great headroom, natural light and ventilation. To starboard is a "U" shaped salon dining table with seating for six. The teak table can fold partially in to a small cocktail table or drop down completely to convert to a double berth.  To port is a unique settee arrangement that converts into two recliners.  Aft of the settee/recliners and port of companionway is the Nav station with chair. 

Forward is the master stateroom featuring a centerline queen with inner spring mattress and plenty of storage underneath in its six (6) storage drawers. There is a small vanity with seat and cedar lined hanging locker to the port side of the door to the forward stateroom. There is a private ensuite head with shower and folding glass panels.

The aft stateroom lies port and aft of companionway with access to a full head.  The aft head is equipped with two doors and can also be accessed from the salon. The guest stateroom is very comfortable with a double berth, inner spring mattress and a staggering amount of storage.  There is access from the aft stateroom to a starboard side workroom with washer/dryer, shelving and ample storage.  The workroom can also be accessed through the starboard cockpit lazarette

The cockpit is an extension of the living space perfect for entertaining or lounging with nine-foot cockpit seats, deep backrests and cockpit table with folding leaves.

The galley is located just 3 steps below the cockpit and is on the same level as the salon. There is a separate slide-out refrigerator under the counter and in-counter freezer compartment.  There is excellent counter space for meal preparation and generous storage for dry goods, dishes, glasses and utensils.
