2008 Luhrs 31 Open IPS10m

2008 Luhrs open with ips drives, low hour Volvo Penta Diesel engines and Westerbeke 6kw generator with 99 hours. Helm is well equipped with updated Furuno and Garmin chart plotters, radar, Garmin autopilot, standard horizon radio. Upper station has full controls, autopilot, chart plotter. Cabin well-appointed with refrigerator, microwave, single burner stovetop, decent sized head. Tons of storage, closet and forward birth with teak table. Cockpit has two large in floor fish boxes, live well, tuna door, tackle storage, fresh and raw water washdown, Recent maintenance to port engine, coolers, and intercoolers removed and cleaned, new water pumps, impellers, thermostats. Both engines have had recent oil change.  Bottom job completed July 2021. Stbd ips does have a leaking seal and will need to be repaired or replaced.
