CONSTRUCTION

• Hull and Deck constructed with Hand layup of Soric and Foam sandwich with glass fibers and polyester and vinyl ester resin
• Chain plates bolted to the Hull
• Hull is reinforced with a stringer and bulkheads of the two insubmersability chambers
• Deck has high traction non-skid - molded
• 2 transom hung rudders built of GRP foam sandwich mounted in custom aluminum cassettes
• Bolts, Screws and fittings all made with marine grade Stainless Steel
• Hull and deck are molded in single tone off-white.

 

KEEL ARRANGEMENT

• Swing keel built in cast iron, GRP protected.
• Stainless Steel winch for hoisting the Keel
• Safety pin arrangement for the Keel on the Keel Box
